Le Vieux Relais, Pepieux

 

Air:
- Ryanair flights to Carcassone (30 minutes drive)
- Ryanair, Flybe and BMI Baby flights to Perpignan (1 and a quarter hours drive)
- Easyjet flights to Toulouse and Montpellier (1 and a half hours drive)

Road:
The village of Pépieux is on the D52, off the D11 near Olonzac north-east of Carcassonne

Rail:
TGV rail link to Béziers, SNCF rail links to Narbonne and Carcassonne

 

Pepieux is 5 minutes from Olonzac, which appears on most maps midway between Beziers and Carcassonne and is easily accessible from the A6 motorway (Lezignan-Corbieres exit). Flights are available from many departure points in the UK to Carcassonne, Perpignan, Beziers, Montpellier and Toulouse. Intercontinental flights are available to Paris year round and to Toulouse from a number of destinations in the summer months.

 

The TGV takes 5 hours from Paris to Beziers and the new link proposed for 2007 will shorten that to three hours to the new Narbonne/Beziers station which is 20 minutes from the house.

 

Arrangements can be made for guests to be collected from airports or train stations.
