We are tempted to say 'and now for something completely different' but actually that's not really true as Mike has been working in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years in a wide variety of roles in an even wider variety of places from Gleneagles in Scotland, via luxury liners in the Caribbean to one of the largest Law firms in the City of London. Val has been on the receiving end of a wide variety of hotel and catering experiences, from the UK to Australia and beyond, in her previous career as a Banker and Business Consultant. We hope to bring our breadth of experience to bear to provide a warm welcome and incomparable standard of comfort for our guests.
